1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, provided they meet the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

4. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please email info@barklie.co.uk within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund depending on the circumstances.
5. Return Shipping

All products are returned at your own cost and Barklie are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

In cases where the return is due to our error, the cost of return shipping will be added from your refund.

Returned products that cannot be restocked are donated to our local animal shelters.
