1. Eligibility for Returns

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.                  

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

  • If you used a discount code or promotional offer, refunds will reflect the discounted purchase price.

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please email info@barklie.co.uk within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund depending on the circumstances.

 

5. Return Shipping

  • All products are returned at your own cost and Barklie are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

  • In cases where the return is due to our error, the cost of return shipping will be added from your refund.

 

6. Sustainability Commitment

Returned products that cannot be restocked are donated to our local animal shelters.
